- Impact: Such actions cause significant operational harm to Travoassist and our travel partners and may waste critical resources.
- Liability: If you knowingly provide false information, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travoassist and its partners for any resulting costs, damages, or legal fees. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to the appropriate legal authorities.
20. Terms of Sale and Other Provisions
All purchases, bookings, and financial transactions made through the Website are governed by our Terms of Sale, which are hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use. Additional specific rules or conditions may apply to particular features or services (e.g., specific airline or hotel policies), and those terms are included here by reference.
21. Linking to the Website and Social Media Features
You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a manner that is fair, legal, and does not damage our reputation or suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Travoassist is an independent travel intermediary. Nothing in these Terms of Use, or your use of the Website, shall be construed as creating an agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and Travoassist. Our role is strictly limited to facilitating travel information and reservations between you and third-party travel suppliers.
24. Booking on Behalf of Third Parties
If you make a booking or request for a third party (e.g., a family member, friend, or colleague), you are responsible for ensuring that all provided information—including the cardholder’s billing address and telephone number—is accurate and matches the records of the relevant financial institution.
- Duty to Inform: You must inform the third party of all applicable terms, rules, and restrictions, including these Terms of Use.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Travoassist and its partners harmless against any liabilities, losses, or legal claims (including defense costs) arising from your failure, or the third party's failure, to fulfill these obligations.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties
Travoassist cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the Website or the internet will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of lost data.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
26. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRAVOASSIST, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, "COVERED PARTIES") BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, OR ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE.
This limitation covers:
- Loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or technical malfunctions in the Website’s content or software.
- The acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party travel suppliers (who are independent contractors and not agents of Travoassist).
- Personal injury, property damage, or other damages resulting from your travel bookings.
- Events beyond our control, including acts of God, strikes, weather, or government actions.
27. Indemnification and Chargeback Protection
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travoassist and its Covered Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
Specifically, you agree to indemnify us for any airline debit memos or credit card chargebacks resulting from:
- Issues or disputes regarding the services provided by an airline, hotel, or car rental agency.
- Unauthorized charges made by family members, friends, or associates with access to your credit card or account.
- Your failure to comply with the travel supplier’s specific rules and restrictions.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York (the state in which Travoassist operates), without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of New York, in each case located in the County of New York. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
29. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Travoassist is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have a concern or dispute regarding the Website, our customer service, a booking, or our Privacy Policy, you agree to first contact us at info@travoassist.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
- Negotiation Period: We will attempt to resolve your issue within sixty (60) days of receipt of your notice.
- Legal Action: If we are unable to reach a resolution within this period, you may pursue the matter through binding arbitration or in small claims court, as governed by the jurisdiction outlined in these Terms.
30. Supplemental Booking Terms
These Booking Services terms supplement our main Terms of Use and apply specifically when you use our Website to reserve travel services (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals). All other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
31. Compliance with Travel Provider Rules
By booking through Travoassist, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any travel supplier (e.g., airlines, hotels, or rental agencies) with whom you elect to transact.
- Supplier Requirements: This includes payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules regarding fares, availability, and service usage.
- Consequences of Violation: Failure to comply with a supplier's rules may result in:
- The cancellation of your reservation.
- Denial of access to flights, hotels, or services.
- Forfeiture of any monies paid for such reservations.
- Travoassist debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
- Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this Website.
32. Limitation of Responsibility for Suppliers
Travoassist acts as an intermediary only. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or financial insolvency of travel providers, including but not limited to bankruptcy, reorganization, or complete cessation of operations. If a travel provider fails to provide the service booked, your sole recourse is with that provider, and you agree that Travoassist shall have no financial liability to you.
33. Accessibility Requirements
Travoassist does not possess specific information regarding the suitability of travel bookings for individuals with disabilities. For detailed information regarding accessibility features or special requirements, you must contact the travel provider directly.
34. International Travel and Documentation
International travel involves inherent risks. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you possess all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certifications.
- Travel Advisories: We strongly recommend reviewing official government advisories prior to booking. For U.S. travelers, please consult:
- U.S. Department of State (Travel Advisories & Passports)
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (Travel Health)
- Documentation Failure: Travoassist is not liable for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or disruptions caused by incomplete documentation or failure to comply with destination-specific government requirements.
35. Currency and Exchange Rates
Prices on Travoassist are displayed in the currency selected at the time of booking. For U.S.- based users, transactions are typically processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Fluctuations: While we aim for price accuracy, final charges may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank processing times.
- Bank Fees: If you use a card with a different billing currency than the transaction currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and foreign transaction fees. Travoassist does not control or receive these fees.
- Refund Variations: Eligible refunds are processed in the original transaction currency . Due to exchange rate shifts between the date of purchase and the date of refund, the credited amount may be higher or lower than the original charge. Travoassist is not responsible for these differences.
36. Payment Methods and Transaction Processing
Travoassist accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, primarily issued within the United States.
- Split Transactions: Your total booking amount may occasionally be processed as multiple transactions (e.g., separate charges for airfare, taxes, or Travoassist service fees). Regardless of the number of line items on your statement, the total amount charged will not exceed the final price displayed at checkout .
- Booking Finality: Hotel and car rental reservations are only considered "Confirmed" once you receive a final confirmation email. Certain reservations may require full or partial prepayment depending on the supplier's policy.
- Fare Changes: If a fare or availability changes before your payment is fully processed, we will notify you. You will have the option to accept the new terms or decline the transaction at no cost.
- Fraud Prevention: To protect our customers, Travoassist may perform verification checks, temporarily hold high-risk transactions, or contact your card issuer to verify the payment.
37. Promotions, Discounts, and Newsletter Codes
Promo codes are offered at our discretion and are primarily applicable toward reducing Travoassist service fees.
- Usage Rules: Codes must be entered at checkout, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Limitations: Discounts are limited to the value of the service fee or the code’s value, whichever is lower.
- Corrections: We reserve the right to cancel bookings if a promo code was applied due to a technical error. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after a booking has been completed.
38. Airline Booking Terms and Conditions
All airline tickets are subject to the specific Conditions of Carriage of the ticketing airline. Your primary contract for transport is with the airline, not Travoassist.
- Price Errors: In the event a flight is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error by the airline or our systems, we reserve the right to cancel the request before payment is finalized. If your card has already been charged, a full refund will be issued.
- Frequent Traveler Programs: We do not guarantee that frequent flyer miles, upgrades, or loyalty points will apply to bookings made through our platform. Please verify eligibility with the airline directly.
- Code Share Agreements: Some flights are operated by a partner airline under a "Code Share" agreement. It is your responsibility to verify which carrier is the operating carrier for check-in purposes.
39. Hazardous Materials and TSA/FAA Compliance
For the safety of all passengers, federal law prohibits the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person.
- Prohibited Items: This includes, but is not limited to: explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive materials.
- US Regulations: In the United States, these rules are strictly enforced by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Violations can result in significant civil or criminal penalties (up to $50,000 per violation and/or imprisonment).
- Exceptions: Limited exceptions exist for small quantities of medicinal or toilet articles. For a full list of permitted and prohibited items, please visit the TSA website.
- Liability: Travoassist is not responsible for any delays, confiscations, or penalties resulting from your failure to comply with these federal safety regulations.
40. Prohibited Ticketing Practices
Airlines strictly prohibit certain ticketing maneuvers designed to circumvent their fare structures. By using this Website, you agree not to engage in:
- Hidden-City Ticketing: Booking a flight to a destination beyond your intended stop because the fare is cheaper.
- Point-Beyond Ticketing: Booking a seat for a destination you do not intend to visit to exploit lower fares.
- Back-to-Back Ticketing: Booking overlapping round-trip tickets to circumvent minimum stay requirements.
- Sequential Use: Airlines require flight coupons to be used in the exact order shown on the itinerary. Failure to use a segment (e.g., missing the first leg of a flight) typically results in the automatic cancellation of all remaining segments.
Indemnification: Travoassist does not guarantee that airlines will honor tickets involving these practices. You agree to indemnify Travoassist for any airline claims, fare differences, or penalties resulting from these actions.
41. Taxes, Fees, and Itinerary Changes
- Government Taxes & Fees: All fares include applicable government taxes and airline fees at the time of purchase. Any retroactive tax increases imposed by a government entity after booking are your responsibility.
- Entry/Exit Fees: Some international destinations charge "Entry" or "Exit" fees not included in the ticket price. These must be paid locally by the traveler.
- Itinerary Changes: Changes are subject to airline availability and fare rules. You will be responsible for the fare difference plus any airline change fees and Travoassist processing fees.
42. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking, all airline tickets and Travoassist service fees are non-refundable.
- 24-Hour Cancellation: Requests made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for cancellation, subject to a Travoassist processing fee.
- Post-24 Hour Policy: Cancellations made after 24 hours are governed strictly by the airline’s fare rules (which often result in non-refundable status or future flight credit only).
- No-Shows: If you do not intend to board a flight, you must notify us or the airline at least four (4) hours prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in a "No-Show" status, and the entire value of the ticket will be forfeited.
- Low-Cost Carriers: Tickets for low-cost carriers (e.g., Spirit, Frontier, Ryanair) are 100% non-refundable.
43. Schedule of Post-Ticketing Fees
All Travoassist service fees are per-passenger, per-ticket, and are non-refundable. These fees are in addition to any penalties charged by the airline or travel supplier.

C. Special Agent Assistance Fees ($50 - $100)
Travoassist charges a service fee to advocate on your behalf with airlines for specialized requests, including:
- Death/Bereavement or Medical Waivers
- Name Corrections or Name Changes (subject to airline approval)
- Military-related changes
- Unaccompanied Minor (UNMR) support
- Ticket Validity extensions or Reinstatements
44. Final Provisions
- No Agency: Travoassist acts solely as an intermediary. We do not control airline scheduling or seating.
- Documentation: It is your responsibility to ensure your passport and visas are valid for the entire duration of your trip.
- Contact: For all cancellation or change requests, please contact our 24/7 support team at +1 (844) 204-3120 or info@travoassist.com.
45. Detailed Refund Procedures
To ensure security and accuracy, all cancellation and refund requests must be initiated via telephone with our customer support team.
Eligibility for Refunds: A refund may only be processed if the following conditions are met:
- The airline’s specific fare rules allow for cancellation and refund.
- The ticket has not reached "No-Show" status (failure to notify the airline/agency of a cancellation at least 4 hours before departure).
- Travoassist is able to successfully secure waivers from the travel supplier.
Processing and Timelines:
- Acknowledgement: Upon requesting a cancellation, you will receive an email acknowledgement with a tracking number. This email is a receipt of your request only and does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
- Waivers: We will petition suppliers for waivers where eligible, but the supplier’s decision is final and binding.
- Timeline: If approved, the refund process typically takes 60 to 90 days to appear on your statement.
- Fee Structure: Travoassist booking fees are non-refundable. We charge a post- ticketing service fee (see Schedule of Fees) for authorized refunds. If the supplier ultimately denies the refund, we will refund our post-ticketing fee, but the original booking fees remain non-refundable.
46. Special Requests, Baggage, and Check-In
- Automated Web Check-In: By opting for automatic check-in services, you authorize Travoassist to act on your behalf and acknowledge the airline's terms and conditions as your representative.
- Special Requests: Preferences for seating, meals, or frequent flyer credit are not guaranteed. These are subject to airline discretion. We recommend contacting the airline directly 24–48 hours before departure to confirm.
- Baggage Policies: Most airlines now charge for checked and/or carry-on baggage. These fees are paid directly to the airline and are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to verify baggage weight and size limits with the carrier.
47. Combo Fares and Itinerary Types
- Combo Fares: A "Combo Fare" itinerary consists of two or more independent one- way tickets. Each ticket is governed by its own unique airline terms, cancellation policies, and fees.
- Separate Management: If one flight in a Combo Fare is delayed or cancelled, it does not automatically entitle you to a refund or change on the other ticket(s). You are responsible for managing each segment separately.
48. Hotel Booking Terms
- Check-In Requirements: You must present a valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card (or cash deposit) upon arrival. This deposit is held by the hotel for incidentals and is entirely separate from your payment to Travoassist.
- Occupancy & Age: Hotels generally guarantee bedding for two adults. Extra guests or rollaway beds may incur additional fees. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the local legal age) to check in.
- Late Arrival & No-Shows: If you will be arriving late, you must notify the hotel directly. Failure to check in on the first night of a reservation may result in the hotel cancelling the entire stay without a refund.
- Accessibility: For specific disability-related needs (e.g., ADA-compliant rooms or service animal policies), you must contact the hotel directly before booking. Travoassist cannot guarantee the fulfillment of accessibility requests.
- Hotel Price Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error by the hotel, we reserve the right to cancel the booking even if it has been confirmed or charged. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid to us will be issued.
49. Mandatory Hotel Fees (Resort Fees)
Please be advised that the total price displayed by Travoassist covers the base room rate, applicable taxes, and specifically selected amenities.
- Excluded Charges: Many hotels, particularly in major tourist destinations, impose mandatory "Resort Fees," "Facility Fees," or "Utility Surcharges" that are collected directly by the hotel at check-in.
- Responsibility: These local fees are not included in your Travoassist booking total and remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.
50. Rental Car Booking Terms
Car rentals are governed by the standard rental agreement of the specific provider (e.g., Hertz, Avis, Enterprise), which you will sign at the time of pick-up.
- Third-Party Contract: Travoassist is not a party to the rental contract. Any disputes regarding vehicle condition, insurance, or local service must be resolved with the provider.
- Age Requirements: The minimum age for booking a rental car is 19. However, drivers under the age of 25 frequently incur a "Young Driver Surcharge," and additional drivers typically incur extra fees.
- Merchant of Record: For "Retail Price" rentals, Travoassist acts only as a facilitator. Your credit card guarantees the booking, but the rental company is the merchant of record and will charge you at the time of pick-up.
- Requirements: You must present a valid driver’s license and a major credit card in the driver’s name. Debit cards are often not accepted or may require significant deposits. Specific vehicle models are never guaranteed; only vehicle "categories" (e.g., Economy, SUV) are reserved.
51. Airport Parking Terms and Requirements
Travoassist acts as an agent for independent car park providers. When you book parking, you enter into a direct contract with the parking operator.
Booking and Identification:
- You must provide the vehicle’s make, model, and registration number at the time of booking.
- You must present your Confirmation Voucher and the credit card used for the booking upon arrival.
- Liability: The parking provider is only liable for proven negligence. No claims for vehicle damage will be considered once the vehicle has left the parking facility.
Operational Requirements:
- Dual Charges: When booking parking, your statement may show two separate charges: one from the parking provider and one from Travoassist. Together, these equal the total price shown at checkout.
- Payment Completion: All charges must be paid in full before the vehicle can be removed from the facility. Personal checks are not accepted.
52. Parking Cancellation Policy
- Process: To be valid, all parking cancellations must be processed through Travoassist customer support.
- Fees: All parking bookings include a non-refundable booking fee and a Management and Maintenance Service (MMS) fee, which are forfeited upon cancellation.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds of the base parking amount vary by provider. No refunds are issued for "No-Shows" or for stays that are unused or shortened.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for parking cancellations caused by strikes, capacity issues, technical failures, or other events beyond our control.
53. Cruise Booking Terms and Pricing
All cruise prices displayed on Travoassist are typically quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per person, based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified.
- Pricing Components: Displayed cruise fares may not include government taxes, port fees, fuel surcharges, or gratuities unless explicitly stated. A non-refundable Travoassist service fee applies to each cruise booking.
- Name Verification: You must ensure that passenger names match the traveler's passport exactly. Cruise lines are exceptionally strict regarding name changes; any modification requested after booking will incur significant penalties from both the cruise line and Travoassist.
- Special Requirements:For medical accommodations, oxygen requirements, or traveling with infants, you must contact our Cruise Experts directly. While we will notify the cruise line of your needs, fulfillment is at the sole discretion of the carrier.
54. Cruise Cancellations and Refunds
Cruise cancellation policies are significantly more stringent than airline or hotel policies.
- Refund Eligibility: Refundable rates, where applicable, apply only to the cruise deposit (excluding processing fees) and are subject to the timeline below.
- Ineligible Bookings: Contractual group blocks, "Flash Sales," and chartered sailings are generally 100% non-refundable from the moment of booking.
- Procedure: To modify or cancel a cruise, you must contact Travoassist directly. Passenger counts and cabin configurations cannot be changed once a booking is finalized.
